These policies, forms and documents are for your reference. The completion of an application or lease should be done in consultation with one of our staff members.

Summary of Rent and Payments

Rents are due on the first day of every month and is considered past-due after the 5th of the month. Rent can be delivered in the drop box, located at the HAKC office at 107 W. 11th Avenue, Ellensburg, Washington 98926 or by direct deposit.

Income and Rent Limits

This document outlines the general income and rent limits for the types of units the Housing Authority leases.

Alder Terrace Application

To be placed on the waitlist for a unit at Alder Terrace, you can complete this application, turn it in to the HAKC office at 107 W. 11th Ave, Ellensburg.

RAD Application

To be placed on the waiting list for housing at any of the following HAKC sites: Trinal Manor, Cahill Manor, Helena, Mount Stuart Vista, Cherry Lane and Patrick Place, complete this application and turn it in to the HAKC office at 107 W. 11th Ave, Ellensburg.

Pet Policy

If you wish to add a pet to your household, please review the pet policy information and contact the office to confirm the appropriate steps to take.
